2. Be honest about items
List items accurately and disclose wear, stains, or defects. Misleading listings break trust.
3. Keep it safe
Follow our Safety Tips and use public, well lit places for exchanges.
4. Respect privacy
Do not share someone else's personal information without consent.
5. No prohibited items
Follow the Prohibited Items list. Listings that violate the policy may be removed.
6. Respect borrowing timelines
Return items on time and in the agreed condition. Communicate early if something changes.
7. Report issues
If something feels unsafe or violates these guidelines, report it using our contact form.
